Smart Streetlight LED Upgrade

Working with municipal smart streetlight programs to locate all streetlights in assigned municipality, recording data for each fixture to determine the appropriate wattage and distribution pattern for a replacement LED fixture, coordinating with the electrical contractor to ensure the designed bill of material is installed at each location, collecting data of the installed bill of material, and managing smart nodes. In addition to providing full turn-key services for this project, our team successfully completed the audit of approximately 5,300 light fixtures in just 8 business days. This allowed the municipality to complete the installation in time to receive over 1.2 million dollars in incentives from the local utility. This incentive was cut in half the following year!
