Ameren Missouri

Post Construction Audits

Ameren has had an abundance of third-party attachments placed at incorrect heights and this has caused multiple issues including overloaded poles, NESC violations, and loss of revenue from delayed attachment requests. Ameren reached out to the TWiG team to identify attachments that did not follow the “Make-Ready Summary” directions. Through this program the TWiG team was able to identify errors within 45 days after an attachment had been made, which sped up the application process for other potential attachments and kept Ameren away from NESC violations.
