GIS Field Auditor

Auditor – Municipal & Utility Assets

The individual that holds this position will primarily be in the field conducting audits of light poles or municipal & utility assets, both local and national.

Reports To: Lead Auditor Primary Job Responsibilities

  • Uses specialized GPS equipment to report position and record data in company software

  • Completes assigned audits timely, accurately, completely, and independently

  • Completes assigned audits in accordance with the established safety protocols

  • Responsible for completing accurate and effective audit

  • Maintain all assigned Company field equipment in proper working order

  • Follow the assigned scope playbook timely, accurately, completely, and effectively, including travel projects in and out of state.

  • Complies with established company work rules, policies, and procedures

  • Actively engages with other members of the company to continuously strive to improve processes, create efficiencies, reduce cost, and increase profitability

  • Cooperatively takes on other duties, roles, or responsibilities, as assigned

    Preferred Qualifications

  • Must be willing to travel.

  • Extreme attention to detail

  • Ability to complete projects thoroughly and with a sense of ownership

  • Ability to move at a quick and efficient pace and work despite interruptions

  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn more

  • Must have high school diploma or equivalent

  • Proficient with current technology

  • Strong Communication Skills

  • Must have a valid Driver’s License and an adequate driving record
